The CBSA will no longer accept paper versions of either the release on minimum documentation (RMD) or the Pre-arrival Review System (PARS) service options as of October 15. This means that all transactional data must be given to Customs electronically. This could result in delays in releasing shipments if W.G. McKay Limited does not receive import data electronically, or if in other formats, with sufficient lead time to key into the system.
